Turn your drawings and photos into combinatorial print elements using a paper lithography process. Learn from Paperworkers Local teaching artists Enid Keyser and Mimi Boston.
In this workshop, we will turn your drawings and photos into prints using a non-toxic paper lithography process using gum arabic and litho ink. We will then combine those photo and drawing elements with layers of textures and color. We will ink and print fabric for textural color. The photos and drawings should be simple and high contrast to transfer well with the paper litho process. Once you learn the process, the combinations are limitless. Bring your own imagery if you would like (more information will be sent before the class).
$50 for 2 classes, all materials included.
