Event Navigation

Join us for a very special Birmingham Creative Roundtable at the BMA as we hear Curator of American Art Kate Crawford and Curator of Education Rachel White discuss the development of the Museum’s latest exhibition, Magic City Realism: Richard Coe’s Birmingham. This exhibit offers a glimpse at the changing urban fabric of 1930’s Birmingham through the etchings and paintings of Alabama native Richard Coe. Providing some historical perspective on this era and how our city has changed since then will be David Fleming, President and CEO of REV Birmingham.
Whether you are an art lover, history buff, or are just looking to connect with the creative community in Birmingham, you are sure to come away energized to tackle your creative endeavors.
This event is free and open to all. We ask that you please RSVP on the Creative Roundtable Facebook event page or to bhamcreativeroundtable@gmail.com. Be sure to arrive on time at 7:30AM to enjoy coffee and pastries and mingle with Birmingham’s creative community. See you there!
