Frieze tablet of solid light blue jasper with applied white jasper relief decoration of the scene Psyche Bound to a Tree with from left a seated female figure holding a lyre before a statue on a plinth, Cupid aiming an arrow a Psyche, who is bound to a tree with a rope and looking over her shoulder at a butterfly on a tree branch, the figure of Diana with a bow and deer, and a female figure holding a vase of flowers in a jar on a tray with a winged putti carrying a torch behind her, all figures on a thin ground extending the length of the tablet.
Plate, Staffordshire, lead-glazed earthenware (creamware) with underglaze oxide colors and colored glazes
Deep dish of red earthenware (redware) with a brownish-orange lead-based glaze, the interior with a pattern of individual, incised scrolls and squiggly lines around the border, in the middle a large impressed leaf motif surrounded by four other impressed leaves; below the center leaf the date "1764" and above the initials "B C."
