Members Room

members roomThis private meeting room is located adjacent to Oscar’s Café on the second floor. The Members Room is a charming, intimate space ideal for group meetings, luncheons, and small dinner receptions. The Members Room is equipped with a computer, projector, and screen for any of your AV meeting needs.

Rental Rate: $200 per 4 hour period


8th Avenue Lobby

ceremony_in_8th_Avenue_lobbyThis elegant, stunning space is perfect for seated dinners and cocktail parties. The Museum Lobby is crowned with the spectacular installation, Birmingham Persian Wall, created especially for this space by glass artist Dale Chihuly.

Rental Rate: $500


Conference Room

conference room 1The conference room is a small, private space located near the Native American art galleries on the third floor. This room is best for smaller meetings.

Rental Rate: $100 per 4 hour period


Oscar’s at the Museum

Museum Gala 2011The spacious and inviting Cafe overlooks the Charles W. Ireland Sculpture Garden and the Red Mountain Garden Club Memorial Garden and is framed at either end by dramatic floor to ceiling windows. This room is ideal for large receptions and seated dinners.

Garden Spaces

gardenUnique in the Southeast and indeed the country, this beautiful multilevel sculpture garden is available for your event. Receptions can be held in the entire Charles Ireland Sculpture Garden, or in the more intimate Red Mountain Garden Club Memorial Garden area. The RMGCMG is ideal for cocktail parties or as an additional space for any of our indoor rental spaces.

Rental Rate for Charles Ireland Sculpture Garden (Red Mountain Garden Memorial Garden and Upper Plaza): $1000


Steiner Auditorium

audThe Steiner Auditorium is the perfect location for lectures, concerts, films, presentation, seminars, and workshops. The auditorium holds a state-of-the-art audio/visual sound booth to accommodate any type of presentation. The Birmingham Museum of Art requires the sound booth be operated by an authorized AV company for an additional fee.

Rental Rate: $500 per 4 hour period
