Studio School // 2017

Studio School offers a wide range of art classes for adults and children, including sculpture, pottery, drawing, printmaking, crafts, and more. Using the Museum’s collection as inspiration, take time to explore your own creativity, learn new techniques, and develop your artistic skills. All classes are taught by talented professional artists. Whether you are interested in crafting with friends during a two-hour class or taking an in-depth, semester-long course, Studio School has something to offer you.

No prior experience is necessary. All materials are provided and are included in the registration fee. Pre-registration is required at least 48 hours in advance for all classes. Members receive a 20% discount on all Studio School classes.

CRAFT TUESDAY

Art meets craft. Enjoy a craft beer while creating an original work of art!

Learn about the block printing process and create holiday greeting cards, envelopes, and gift tags. Carve your own blocks and select from hand-carved blocks with fall and winter motifs to print your own.

Learn about the lampwork process to create small blown glass ornaments and fused glass creations.


KIDS: ART 101

Your child will discover their inner artist by working with a wide range of materials, learning about artists, and exploring different techniques.
