The Museum’s artist-in-residence Toby H. Richards led a yarn-painting project for UAB’s Multicultural Diversity Programs and Student Life Council to celebrate Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month, as part of their College Night series. During UAB’s Native American Heritage Month program in November, Richards also introduced students and faculty to Native American art through artifacts from the Museum’s culture case collection.
