Youth Art Month Exhibition

This March marks the annual celebration of Youth Art Month. Students of all ages from around the Birmingham area have contributed works from a variety of media – all of which display immense talent and creativity. These students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, in schools both public and private. Participation in the arts will help them become well-rounded students with a strong core of creativity, critical-thinking and problem-solving. From the very beginning, the Birmingham Museum of Art has been dedicated to engaging students, teachers, and the community with the arts. We remain committed to ensuring that all students receive a strong arts education, and are grateful to these students, their parents, and their teachers for their enthusiastic participation.

The Youth Art Month student exhibition will be on display in the Museum’s Education gallery during the month of March 2017.
