The Museum Exhibit Designer and self-proclaimed Space Geek will discuss NASA's art program and how it relates to one of the Museum's outstanding lithographs by Robert Rauschenberg "Sky Hook,” from the Stoned Moon Series. Mr. Rauschenberg was invited to witness the Launch of Apollo 11 and interpret his experience in a visual form. NASA provided unfettered access to launch facilities and multiple images to the artist who intern produced an outstanding series of lithographs called the Stoned Moon Series.
