Drop in for an open Ceramic Studio for students in 6th through 12th grade. An inquiry-based approach to art-making allows participants to focus on their own interests while receiving guidance and instruction to implement their creative ideas using clay. Participants may use pottery wheels and hand-building techniques to create functional pottery or sculptural works of art. Ceramic artwork from the museum’s collection will serve as inspiration.
Homeschool Studio is for students in 6-12th grade on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2-3:30pm, September through December.
